Simply looks like a sun flare to me. But then I’m no sun expert. Mainly because of its size; it would be bigger than earth, you have to remember how big the sun is!

Why do you insist on posting Images in .BMP format?
Anyway the object in the image is merely a cosmic ray hit or other particle hit on SOHO's CCD camera.

I don't insist on it,if I am going to post it as JPEG,it takes time to change each one. It's not like it's hard to click on the link anyway...

Looks odd. May be a flare, may be UFO
Canadian Rottweiler

I seriously believe that this is a UFO.The UFO is just too defined to be fake or just something from the sun.

they'll always make up some excuse for a UFO saying its something else.
Canadian Rottweiler

Yeah,I've realized that.Get's annoying when your trying to post new pics and people keep saying that they are fake.

Especially when sometimes they don't know what they're talking about.

FAKE!Kidding...
I don't know what that is, but whatever it is, it is
very large.
The suns diameter is nearly 900,000 miles. The earths diameter is about 8000 miles. That little dot you see as a UFO/flying saucer would probably be bigher than the moon by my guesstamate. Are there moon size flying saucers running around?
I would doubt it, but you never know. My guess is a ball of hydrogen gas expelled by the sun from the solar flare.
Here is a photo in to compare the size of the sun/sun flare to the earth.
We are the little blue dot.

pretty cool huh?

I doubt that it would be a space craft, but just beacuse we cant possibly imagine building something that big doesn`t mean that other beings couldn`t or wouldn`t! And why be so close to the sun?!
Kryso
Oct 16 2004, 01:03 PM
Very true, we only value size in conjunction to what we can produce. I was just pointing out about how big it would be.
But all said and done, believing that we are the only intelligent beings in the universe is naive to say the least.

If something that big needed protection from something else, then that something must be bigger than the UFO depicted. So really, it wouldn't be too safe besides the sun like that.
Is this another UFO?

Could be.Before when I said 'maybe for protection',I meant that maybe UFO's are resistant to heat and fire. And this is where it is protected,so nothing else can reach it.

dude, it's part of the flare... i dont see why you think it isn't, i mean it's the same color as the flare, and yes i know that when metal is heated it turns red, but honestly dude, sit and think for a few minutes, dont you think they'd melt? and if not, how would we not see things that big in the sky like that? it's bigger than earth!
anyway, that's just me and my beligerant-14-year-old-ness

Good point and i totally agree. Yeah i don't think anything can get THAT close to the sun and not melt!

Once again, since aliens are more advanced than us,maybe they have a certain type of metal or some other element that doesn't melt.

[attachmentid=6768]My husband took me out for my birthday and I caught something unusual with my camera. When I looked at it-I wasn't sure what to make of it. When I put it through different imagers-it appearred solid.
It is a UFO in the sense-I can't identify it and it is in the atmosphere, and it is an object.
I saw your photo of the object near the sun and wondered, if there may be a connection. I could be wrong.
Thought I would share it

I don't know if it is possible to manufacture a metal like this. Even though they may be advanced, it surely doesn't suggest they can sit that close to the sun.

Could be a ball of Hydrogen gas ejected from the suns surface during a solar flare...
That would be the best bet.

Well, there's no point debating this,to check it's authenticity of being a UFO.Mainly because many people won't accept the possibility that this is a UFO.Anyway,I can see that nobody will change their mind,so neither will I.Still leave feedback on what the possibilities are,but I will no longer argue on this thread cause it is pointless.Cause nobody pays attention to my opinion,or any of the other believer's opinions.
Diebytheflyguy

Clearly it is a " ball of Hydrogen gas ejected from the suns surface during a solar flare" and not a UFO.
Canadian,
People do pay attention to your say about whether or not it a UFO, and we all have our point of views. The point of posting is to share and idea and have a discussion about it. Theres is no need to get upset at those people who do not believe the image is a UFO. You don't see me getting upset that you won't accept my point of view, or that you will not change yours.

I have said that I respect everyone's opinions countless times. But almost nobody ever agree's with me and it get's depressing.I'm not mad,it just seems like-why bother posting any pics?People always say that they're fake.Sometimes, yes I agree, sometimes no I do not agree that it is fake.Either way,in the PM's,some users tell me that I'm a loser for posting this garbage. It just get's VERY annoying.
