what is everyones career's here? i am still a student! what about everyone else... please respond UM!

i refuse to call my jobs careers. there is no way i plan on doing this crap for the rest of my life. i have jobs at a massive grocery store, Superstore it be called, and a bingo hall. superstore is eveil and the bingo hall is depressing. also, on the side, i do a bit of writing and i may start to be able to do a bit more writing, even if it will just be for a website. i'd like to pursue writing as a career, or psychology.

Industrial Machinary Mechanic, I work for a very large German Corp. in their Gainesville Georgia Facility. I repair machines that assemble power window lift motors for high end luxury cars and SUV's

cmon people.. is everyone embarrised or what!!!

Electronics and Computers with some Analysis and Interpretation. I do alot of things at my job, and need to be good at all of them. Repair most things, run the networks and all that involves. Do accounting, contract administration, mapping, data retrieval, fix electronics and computers at remote (very remote) locations... My official job description I had to write is 4 pages.

Job Security. I do things nobody knows how to do.

Title is "Information Manager". Sucky title. Bad @$$ office, decent wage, overtime whenever I want/need to. Lots of work, so I usually do pull overtime at some point in the week. And have to be willing to get up at any hour ready to head to a location if there's a leak or something... and still show up dressed nice on time at the office later.

Don't drink anymore. Never know when those calls can come in, and some of the gas we work with is poisonous, so we need to move NOW when it happens, can't be drunk... gas doesn't stop flowing just because it's Jan 1st.

I buy and Sell MWH (Mega Watt Hours)

I validate and authorise upto £10 Million in MWH purchases and forecast demand, build data models around the whole thing. I teach other companies the basics.

Moe has no official career as of it. But he has many duties. For Moe stays home and care for his three children . Moe cooks wholesome meals, and makes thier laundry clean and soft. He helps with homework , and is jazzed to have sucessfully potty trained 2 other humans. Only one left in diapers now. When all the diapers are thru and they are all in elementary school , this is when Moe shall return to his career.
But in the meantime, moe has much time to become a published writer . This is our new goal.

Oh, and I'm a student too. Forever, and ever, and ever (so it seems). Will have my MD in 2 1/2 years though! Then only 4 more years of residency... damn, this is depressing. Who started this thread, anyway? You call this fun, Lucid Element?!?

Im just a student but want to become an arcaeologist when I finish all my schooling and travel to south america to study the aztecs and incas!
I have a pert time job at a supermarket where I work on the registers, oh what fun that is!

at the mo i'm completing year 10, then next year i start my training to become a chef

oh yeah, the tv show...yeah well, cbc canned the idea, and my friend alledgedly says he sent it to chum, and some other tv stations, but knowing him, he probably fell asleep or something. yes, i'm bitter.

anyway, the idiot, has started up a movie script and we're going to be filming it this winter. people from vancouver will be coming out to help, we may get funding from chum, and all sorts of stuff. however, he hasn't yet finished the script. why you may ask? because he's, in his words, "he's having a conflict." he's been having a conflict for a good couple months. i think the real deal is "he's not trying."

yes, i'm bitter. but if this movie thing gets going, i will be mucho pleased. and one day, might even be paid.

lets see.... i studied to become a vet nurse.. which i worked at for 3 or so years at the same time worked at a fast food joint hungry jacks (burger king, wa division) to which i earnt more money selling slabs of dead animal, than i did fixing the live ones, so i left nursing, and jacks..... went on a 7 week holiday, came back, worked in a nursery with all the plant life, got bored with that, then worked as a production assistant on a tv show.. then worked in a retail/farming supply store finally now working on a western australian entertainment website (phew).. but would love to get back into the vet-nursing bizzo
