Well there are many things I have never seen that I know do exist so finding a convincing link will do nothing because there will always be someone to try and shoot holes in it so......Now when it comes to superhuman physical abilities yes in time all is possible. Just think of the topic of genetic engineering and how little we still know about it. Say in a hundred years from now how much more will we know and what will we be able to do. Heck give it lets say a million years what will we be then and from our perspective of today wont we seem superhuman to use today. So superhuman humanoid aliens is it possible yes and no, its a matter of prospective to an ignorant species all advanced beings seem to be superhuman and to the advanced races it is mere normality.
