It's a full 180 degree view of a bridge. Quite impressive!
The way it was most likely down was using a panoramic camera on it's side flat againts the bridge. Then they'd take a picture of one side from the bridge to the end, then the other side.
And then take the two pictures and put them together on a comp. Pretty simple really.

Actually I'd think it was one picture, considering the part where it would have been split actually has complete worms laying across it.. so it could just be some kind of camera, i dont know anything about camaeras so I can't help you there..
I also find it pretty cool that if you turn the image sideways and scroll back and fowarth, it looks like your turning your head from one side to the other, flawlessly.

I did a quick dig on the net, it appears you might be right Nick.
There are cameras that can shoot in all angels at once.
It would be set on a tri-pod, and pointed down. The sides and front of the camera take a picture at the same time, and this is the reult.

Either it's done with a special camera or it is an edited pic. Nottoo hard to do, just take a couple of pics and stitch them together. It is done very well if it is edited.

Actually, it doesn't have the worms lying straight across it. There is one definite horizontal split right dead center as you scroll down. You can tell because the wood heads off at different angles, it's a very fine line, but it's there, and the worms are on either side of it.

Here is a link to what is called a 360 camera.
Sony 360 CamIt can:
*Images a full 360 degrees in one operation.
*Supports pan, tilt, and zoom without mechanism.
*Focus adjustment for distance not required.
*Images the whole surround area with a small convex lens.

Its pretty easy to do that if you know how.
I got my own way of doing it.
Just take a lot of shots and choose the best one then stiched it.
Then repair the trace of stiched by cloning.
Or just use photoshop elements.

portuguesezzzgangster, try actually reading the posts in the topic.
it was taken by a 180 panned camera. there are cameras out there that can easily take this picture. no editing was done to the shot.
