Well, that's kinda dumb.
For starters it suggested the first picture was completely fake, and went on to say they exist but not in such large size. But the photo in question is two pretty small camel spiders, if you look at the mans sleeve who is holding them you'll see they're tiny.
SO it's kinda a dumb quiz, they don't have their facts right.

Still, it was fun nonetheless, i got 8.

I got a 8. One picture that was creepy was the shark and the Navy copter! My god I would be scrambling up that damn rope ladder so fast!
