I started with the Nintendo, and ended up owning a massive library of over 150 games, including all the Marios, Turtles, Castlevanias, Duck Tales, Metal Gears, etc etc etc. More games than i can remember.
I loved Castlevania 2: Simons Quest the most i think. The first true RPG! But nothign beats the original Mario for oldskoolness of course. The version of NES i got came with the double cart Mario/Duck Hunt and the Lazer Gun!
But dude, how could your forget the King of the oldskool games, ZELDA??
Later i moved up to Sega Mega Drive (also called Genesis in NA) and owned close to 60 games including all the sonics (Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D blast, Sonic and Knuckles etc etc.) Jurassic Park was awesome i remember, but i LOVED ToeJam and Earl!!

Mario just kicked some serious ass. Honestly, if it weren't by him, I wouldn't be playing videogames (the honor goes specially to Super Mario World).
Also... Monkey Island. I LOVE IT!!! And Sonic also kicked ass

They made a Michael Jackson game?! What idiot thought that up? What do you do, see how many little kids you can touch in thirty seconds and how far over the balcony you can hold the baby before you drop it?
BurnSide
Oct 29 2004, 08:21 PM
Believe it or not OneEye, Michael Jackson wasn't always a freak. He used to be a black teen heart throb, a legend.
That been said... in the Michael Jackson's Moonwaker game... umm...
Well. Basically. You play as Michael Jackson, beating up baddies with girly kicks and yells. You can perform a special dancing move to 'Smooth Criminal' while making all the baddies dance and then fall over, dead. It was kinda neat, in a way. There was a graveyard level with zombies and stuff.
But, well, the objective of the game left something foreshadowed... MJ had to save little girls and boys who would scream 'Oh Michael' when he... touched them...

yeah, Mike was a pimp back in the '80s. He got wierd when he turned himself white, but his musci was still cool, however, I lost respect for him after this recent scandal.
