Hello, I developed an interest in this telekenisis thing at the age of 12, I'm now 13 soon to be turning 14. I started a few little things but so far all I can do is get my hands warm while trying to create a psi-ball (I think thats what you call it). I was looking around on the internet for tips and I stumbled upn this site. Then after reading through a bunch of stuff I found out there are multiple types of abilities. I want to know if anybody has any tips for a starter such as myself. I don't really care what type of thing it is I just want some help.
