yes, your right Tia, the guy was a surgeon that was a coke addict and got stranded on an island and broke his leg while trying to kill a bird, so for food he would snort some coke and then perform 'surgery' on himself whenever he needed a snack.......

The worst I've ever heard of was this guy who was high on PCP. He used pieces of a shattered mirror to slice off pieces of his face and feed it to his dogs. He carved off his entire face, but he was able to survive because of teh PCP. It was horrific, but that toe story is horrifying as well.
