Recently, the greater Chicago-land area, mainly Rockford has been a major hotspot for Extraterrestrial sightings. I have been watching the skies around there very carefully, and with much luck, I think I may have come out with somthing. There US Air Show is going on this weekend, but I don't think that they would send a few fighter jets up there to chase a light around in the sky. I saw something that moved faster than a plane could and with much more ajility (SP?).

You're referring to the video footage that originated on the Sci-Fi channels website. Unfortunately that video has already been exposed as a fake.

I dunno... My sister lives in Chi-town and she sees lights in the sky all the time. Usually when she is feeding the baby. Who is starting to teeth...

Yeah, I have heard of them. They are called search planes. Uncommon but hardly unexplained.

yah, but searching for nothing in a small town? i am not saying that they were unexplained...i am simply saying that i have never heard of one flying over an area unless they're looking for something especially in rural KS. I haven't heard anything on the news and normally search planes won't put down lights for a mere five sec. will they? and usually they'll hover won't they? Why would they put lights down for a short amount of time if they're not looking for someone or soemthing? Any ideas?
