ABCNEWS HOLDS TERROR WARNING TAPE

**Exclusive**

In the last week before the election, ABCNEWS is holding a videotaped message from a purported al Qaeda terrorist warning of a new attack on America, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

The terrorist claims on tape the next attack will dwarf 9/11. "The streets will run with blood," and "America will mourn in silence" because they will be unable to count the number of the dead. Further claims: America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.

ABCNEWS strongly denies holding the tape back from broadcast over political concerns during the last days of the election.

The CIA is analyzing the tape, a top federal source tells the DRUDGE REPORT.

ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend, sources tells DRUDGE.

"We have been working 24 hours a day trying to authenticate [the tape]," a senior ABCNEWS source said Wednesday morning, dismissing a claim that ABC was planning to air portions of the video during Monday's WORLD NEWS TONIGHT.

The terrorist's face is concealed by a headdress, and he speaks in an American accent, making it difficult to identify the individual.

US intelligence officials believe the man on tape may be Adam Gadhan - aka Adam Pearlman, a California native who was highlighted by the FBI in May as an individual most likely to be involved in or have knowledge of the next al Qaeda attacks.

According to the FBI, Gadahn, 25, attended al-Qaida training camps and served as an al-Qaida translator.

The disturbing tape runs an hour -- the man simply identifies himself as 'Assam the American.'

I don't know, it would seem to me to plan a terrorist attack that will dwarf 9/11, would have to be chemical or bio in nature. I am as certain as I can be it would not be nuclear. In addition to top 9/11 in magnitude the weapon would either have to be very large or activated in such a place to cause that much death, water supply, air supply or food supply.
If indeed this &*^*&^$#& is an American and we can catch him alive add one more to my list of people who should be executed and very, very painfully.

Bin Laden is a real threat. We can fight him in Afghanistan and Iraq, or we can fight him here in America. I vote for Afghanistan and Iraq.

Hey you're right, American's are paying the price, might as well decide what country can be brought down because of it disgust.gif (Puh-leeze) We can fight him when the time is right, when the rest of the world can back us and bring it to an end with their help, it won't be done alone. Hitler wasn't brought down by one country, it wasn't possible. And don't tell me we aren't the only ones, there's like 150,000 Americans and about 10,000 people more who total the numbers from other countries. Pretty darn close to alone.

I hope you aren't suggesting that we seed our defense rights to Russia and France, who had been bought off by Saddam using oil for food money that was supposed to feed the Iraqi people.

As far as Hitler, he was brought down by 3 countries, the U.S., the U.K., and the Soviet Union. And keep in mind that those countries were also fighting Japan at the same time-2 threats on 2 fronts. Ironically, in Iraq we have 2 of those 3 countries on our side, along with a lot of smaller ones. Despite what the media says, we are not "going it alone." We are just going it without France, Russia, Germany, and China.

Are we bearing the bulk of the burden---Yeah, because the UN (Useless Nations) can't stand up for itself. They passed 17 resolutions condemning Hussien and declaring him in breach of the agreement on WMD That he agreed to.
