Now... all we need to do ladies is to organise somewhere and some when to get to together in our respective outfits, or lingere.. etc and then invite them....

Actually, I hit it off so well with my 40-some girlfriends (for want of a better word) by not sweet talking them.
Just...being friendly and there for them if they needed someone to talk to.
