J6P, I just quit my band today for all of those reasons, lol. I guess you are right. But I have many more projects going, including another band and a hip-hop project.

Good luck with the band. Never could find anyone serious enough to even jam once a week and work on something. So solo I went(Guitar btw)

But the problem is I have stage fright playing in front of people. So I found a way that is getting me over it slowely. I wait till like midnight, get a little buzzed with some beer or shots, or both! ohmy.gif biggrin.gif

And I turn my amp up as loud and distorted as it can go and start doing heavy metal riffs/solos that make me go insane on a natural body high that I love to death! Now the whole point of this exercise is(and its not limited to nighttime) is to blast it soo loud that you know people outside can hear you, plus yer neighbors.(None of them are crazy or asshole enough to come over because I always give my utmost respect and help when they need something; exept for this little jamming which I tell them about it will happen and if its too loud they can come over and tell me to turn it down no problem. But no one ever does. Guess its called respect, not like I do it every night, and usually only for an hour. Casino town anyways its 24/7 up here.

Oh sorry back to the point:

What kind of groove do you want to get it? A serious band trying to score a label? A keg party band to play have fun get drunk and *BLEEP* some drunk girls who think you are all that, or my favorite, just have a hella good time jamming, and Getting Into The Groove......In what alot like to call, the "ZONE" Nothing better than being in the Zone, exept sex/drugs maybe tongue.gif
