Does anyone know anything about the Orange Lodge? I was talking to my father recently, and he told me that his dad was a member of the Orange Lodge briefly. What I know so far, is that it was a fairly anti-Catholic group, with Irish roots. Is there any connection between the Orange Lodge and the Freemasons/Masonic Lodge? Is it still in existence today? Is it the same as the Grand Orange Lodge? (If so, I have already found their site, http://www.grandorange.org.uk/index.html) What are your perceptions/opinions of the Orange Lodge? Any other information would be appreciated. Cheers!
