...if I have been abducted any time...Shuold I use hypnosis? look for marks? Do you have any experience in this?
Well lets start by asking you, What makes you think you have been abducted.
Hypnosis isnt accurate. Under hypnosis, people have come up with their own abduction stories. I really dont think you should even try to find out if your abducted... cuz I bet, true or not, you'd end up deciding you were, and then you'd worry about it and it'll preoccupy you more than it does now.

Uuuh nothing I have no any paranoia, but I have read that abductees cannot generaly notice thay have been taken by aliens...just that.

Moe the ideas you think of are excellent!
Do you have any soreness in any ortifical? If so you probably has been probed by the alien...
So MK Ultra if what you are saying is right i might be an abductee. I now and then wake up with chunks of skin torn from the soles of my feet, I expirience deja vu a lot and now and then everything will click in my mind and i seem to understand everything but only for a few moments. Is this bad?
