Im an Astral Traveller, and from a few days, i had an experience.... I Astral travelled.... During this experience, i went to a friend and i was watching him, and it was the first time with me to enter his house!!
After finishing this experience, i was talking to that friend and i was describing what his home looks like to prove to him that i was astral travelling.
i felt that during this experience, my spirit was in another body, not a human body, a fly's body...this small insect !!
and when i told that to my friend, he was surprised because there was a fly in his room and was flying with strange way and stop on his nose etc ... .!!! and that what i realy did during the experience.

Everything he and I said, was real !!

I believe that i realy was this insect !!

i just want to ask ... how come my spirit can interact with another body when im still alive??!
and how come for a human spirit interact with an insect body or any other body other than human body ?!!!

I'm still trying to figure out how this is all possible...

You can change your body to be in whatever shape you want it to be while astral traveling. The thing I haven't heard of as being common is for a waking person to see someone astral traveling. The astral planes are fluid, thus enabling the person traveling to have to only think about where they want to go and they will be there, same thing with what form they want their astral body to be in.

Ive had a similar experience to this Hadeka.
I have a friend out in North Carolina USA but we have never met. We hope to one day.....
I astal Travelled all the way to USA and I saw the complete layout of her apartment...........
She was going into hospital to have an operation one time and she had lost her ruby ring which her grandmother had given her and she was upset because she could not find it....I helped her to find her ring just before she went into hospital....I helped her do this through astral travel....
I believe also that we can take whatever form of body we choose when astrral travelling.

Maybe the fly didn't actually physically exist. It could have just been that he was able you see you in astral or etheric form. For body was probablly denser than normal which explains why he could see you and thought you were actually a fly.

but off course he didnt think that im this fly

but after this experience, we were talking on the phone and i told him that i was that fly.

my friend had a similar experience, i asked him if he had ever astral travelled (i was talking to him over the phone) and he said he had and that he went to a friend or his friends house (that he didnt know buthe had heard so much about this person that he wanted to meet him) and so somehow he travelled there...

now he's never been there b4 and he described the the part of the house he was in and told me the walls werel ike a yellow colour...so i called up the person who lived there (i was friends with the guy who lived there's sister) and i was like "ummm, what colour are you walls?" and she said "like a yellowish colour"

needless to say i was kinda shocked!! and kinda worried that he'd astral travel to my place when i was changing!! coz apparently he liked me...so eeek.

About this experience, my OBE fly experience.

I have a freind that told me that this experience, could be a karmic load.

I was shoked when he told me that .....why ??!

because it is very logical to me to have a karmic load with a fly.

because i believe that im the most person who hates flies.

I really hate them even if they are not bothering me.

Even if i saw a fly is bothering someone away from me that i dont know ,, i feel that i want 2 kill that fly.

I really hate them.

So maybe when i was a fly in this OBE ,, it happened according to a negative karmic load.

What do u think ??

He really was trying to kill that fly !! to kill me lol

And when i finished that experience, i phoned him and told him, You tried to kill me !! noooooooo ,,

Offcourse ,, he didnt know what im talking about !! lol

I told him everything ...

But, if he killed that fly ,, i will not die ((i dont know why more people are thinking that this will cause my death)) ,, but i will come back to my body ,,my original body ,,and may be it will harm me a bit ,, that's all

but anyone here know anything about Karma, that can consider this experience as a "Negative Karmic Load" ??

You already do it. The trick is to make yourself aware of it. For some it takes a lot
work for others it doesn't. It's an amazing experience.

i personal have only experience early stage of so called obd, such as paralyzing numbness, followed by tunnel traveling, concise flying dreams, and emmense head and ear presser state before falling a sleep.

personal i don't know if obd are possible but according to others account on obd's these are some early signs.

In the astral planes, people will see you as you see yourself (we project our own body image all the time), and maybe you felt like an insect with some sort of body but not the large human body. In the Bardo (Tibetan for The Between) people you know will be recognized by you even though they project themselves as much younger, or if they died as a child or baby, they will project themselves as older, but probably still a child. I don't have references off the top of my head, but the bibliography in almost any book about Psychical Research should point you the right way, if you wish to become a student of Psi.

It is binural beats that helps for OBE ...
But off course that wasnt the only thing ... i was trying for long time to get into these state, using meditation and high relaxation and visualisation ...
