Relationships = A strong long last, mutually respectful, meaningful, relationship.

Friendships with the opposite sex = I have many female friends. I respect them and have good long, interesting conversations and one of my best friends is a female.

Dating = Getting to know them, their personality, sense of humor, all the information I need to know if they are who I’m looking for, for a life long partner!

Romance = I’m very romantic, a real Romeo. Roses, chocolates, gold, diamonds; anything that makes my partner smile.

Emotions = I am very emotional, and show it. I don’t believe in holding them in, that’s what makes serial killers and freaks. My motto is, if you need to show it, do.

Present at Christmas and on Birthdays = For me – anything that someone wants to buy me, it’s the thought that counts to me. And me buying for others – silly extravagant things, or simply what they want.

Afraid so… But be warned I’ve been married twice. And each time they leave because they say I’m too nice! I’ve become a lot meaner since. The other day a brownie came to my door, and I only brought one box of cookies, that showed her!

Just answering the questions asked. I am confident enough in my own personality not to shy away from personal questions. I am who I am. That’s the problem with us men, most of us turn school-boyish, or clam up, or make a joke out of emotions!

Yeah, I'd like to say most of the stuff kryso mentioned, but I constantly am considered,"too nice". Apparently being an asshole to women is what really works in life.

Ultimately men (and women for that matter) all have different standards on those beliefs, and to classify all guys as confusing and unable to be understood is generalizing. Of course its confusing if you go from a relationship based on emotional compatibility to your next one with a sex-drived guy; they work on different levels. All people in relationships must be seen as individuals, even if the majority acts a certain way.

Oh gawd, you can see why I never had a girlfriend, too nice and reducing relationships to a psychological anaylisis.

Every man is different, same with women quite frankly. Check out this topic, you already have a wide variety of those that are too nice, those that are sex addicted, those that are married and those are just plain in love with farts Look at your girlfriends, and at the guys you know, they're all different. There are age factors and a lot to do with experience. Not everyone likes Cheesecake, not every person like the color black, but ultimately, I think it can be said that sex should not always be decidedly a male desire. Women want it too. But women are just more proned to build an emotional foundation before a physical and men are prone to build a physical foundation before an emotional. But in the end, we all end up at the same spot, with the right people, if we work for it. it's like adding 3 + 1=4...it's the same as 1+3=4...but it was just added differently.

Well, she should be reasonably intelligent. Interests should include current events, science fiction, movies, history, firearms, and food.

Short with long dark hair would be a plus, if physical characteristics are added.
