CAN Someone .. ANYONE help me plse ???? My Yahoo can receive emails BUT when I try to SEND it jsut does nothing & I get this error info ....

Yahoo help is useless but then you know that now lol. What is it your trying to send? Check your mail preferences also that could problem also

You might also try removing in and reinstall it.

Panther Thanx !!! Im just (trying to) send basic emails no attachments ... even just with "Test" in subject line & "Test" in the Body ??? & keep getting that error ? It is SO bad ... I cant use ANY other Yahoo service, cant use Yahoo Music Launch & cant use Yahoo messenger. Its driving me NUTZ !!! because I cant d/load MSN, ICQ screws up on my PC no one where I live uses AIM .... I thought possibly Browser settings (but dont have a clue where to begin ?) & if its firewall settings Im also at a loss ??? hmmmph

If your running any anti spyware firewall programs that could be the problem. Check your software and try resetting and allow yahoo domain if that case. It seems that "yahoo" is a problem for your PC so firewall is my first guess. Do you have an other "new" programs your trying to run that also don't work?

my firewall screwed up my yahoo a while ago. i had to go into program control and put yahoo in the trusted websites list. hmmm, that's not very helpful.

Panther !!!! I bow before you & THANK YOU !!!! its WORKING & Salembaby you hit the problem BANG ON TOO .... CURSED FIREWALLS ... For ALL the Good they do, Youd think when an error like those happen you would AT LEAST get a bloody message saying something simple like maybe "Your Firewall Has Prevented This Action" No no no no You get 100's of indecipherable error messages telling sweet F*** ALL ..... I have recently upgraded to this PC due to getting Trojanned on my old PC so naturally set Firewall to Maximum everything !!!! To be quite honest this has solved several other problems too. Anyway MUCH thanks & appreciation for your genuine help .... CANT THANK YOUS ENOUGH, I OWE YOUS & wish I could buy yous a drink or something *LOL*
