Does anyone have any decent info/links about Zero Point Energy and Negative Energy (or are they the same thing) please?

I've tried searching a couple of times but just get mainly articles about leading scientists in this area and so on and no real info about what it involves.

They are not the same thing i believe your talking about absolute zero and negative energy absolute zero is when a atom stops moving and negative energy is everywhere but antimatter that is a diff story
