I love Christmas, I'm not religious, but I use it to give gifts to those I love and take time off to spend time off with those that I love...ahhh, love, gifts, great TURKEY dinners...it finishes off a long year fantastically and is great preparation for the new year.

Christmas, the best holiday of all, all the presents and time away from school. This christmas holidays will be my last one where I have to go back to school after them, YAY, one year of school left, YAY......oh wait university, lol!

I had to vote for "Other" in the poll because of my 'upbringing'. When I was growing up we had to celebrate Festivus which occurs on December 23'rd. We didn't have a christmas tree, we had an aluminum pole because tinsel was found to be very 'distracting' to my father. At Dinner time we had 'The Airing of the Grievances' in which you confronted the family member that had disappointed you most during the year and let them know what they did to disappoint you, and then at the beginning of the end of Festivus we had the 'Feats of Strength', in which you had to wrestle the head of the family and pin them down, Festivus was not over until this happened.....

Mind you, it's NOT my favorite holiday, just what I had to live with...

The day Christians and Jews celebrate the birth of Jesus (yes, i'm a christian). Reminds me of loving each other and forgetting our conflicts .

FACT: Though, its also sad. Did you know a large number of suicides occur in christmas? Since it represents love, those who are depressed and lonely no longer wish to live because of their life....and so they commit suicide....God bless them .

But I love Hollows Eve too(aka Halloween for those who don't know).

Halloween is played out. It stopped being fun because all the lame horror movies come out, and nothing scary ever happens on Halloween. Plus, I'm not big on candy, so Halloween isn't that great for me

Haloween is the devil, christmas is santa claus, but some argue that they're identical. Valentines day is turning into a gay parade. and thanksgiving is starting to be thanks for nothing when need help cooking turkey. Cayote the great.

My favorite holiday is christmas. Lots of presents, a week off of school, candy canes and cookies. Ok, so my reasons are entirely selfish and not very in the Christmas spirit or even very christian, but what can I say. i love christmas.

I love christmas because barely anything goes wrong. But on the other holidays everything basically screws up for me. Like this halloween was great, but now I don't want to remember it, for a strange reason though....... Thanksgiving is boring, and fourth of July no ones available. It's just a continuous hell for me, (pardon my language), but it is. Christmas is just relaxing and joyful for me where I actually like spending time with my family, and I never like doing that. so yeah.........there's my reasoning. LOl!
