They aren't clear pictures at all. Pics # 2,3,4,5,6,8 can be logs and rocks. "Underwater" and "Ogopogo Daytime" looks like a wave, "Revealing Ogopogo Pic" just looks fake. "Ogopogo New" and "Ogopogo Hump" can be anything.

man, that's really hard to say. The only problem with pictures is that even if you get the most clear pictures that definitly show a clearly defined creature in perfect focus at good resolution, it's still not concrete evidence. Only a publicly analyzed body will satisfy the skeptics out there.

I think those look genuine and have been around many years, to me that proves they were public before most of the image editing programs were popularized. I also tend to believe there are more then a few of these guys around. Though the idea of the tunneling system to most large lakes is proved a myth.
Cheers.

I agree.Except, they are not a myth about underwater channels. There isn't tunnels to ALL lakes, there is tunnels to most.Being that i am a scuba diver,i am VERY interested in this stuff. And,there was a show on discovery about there being underwater channels in the lakes of Canada. The ones that are proved are Okanogan,Cultus lake,Chilliwack lake, and a lot of others. Also,Loch ness has underwater channels too.I am sure that this is what it said on discovery. Here is a pic of the channels and canals under loch ness...

(DBTFG)-I go there every summer, and i have seen the ogpogo about 5 times.I just got a new digital camera,so,the next time i go up there,i will take a bunch of pics
(Mr.Halo)-I am at school right now,so i don't have much time, but on one of the occasions that i saw it(the best time)it was about 50 feet out from the rocky ledge that i was standing on,it was a greyish green color,Had some mane on it's back that was black, big noticeably blue eyes, was about 30 feet long, and the creature stuck it's head up and one hump out of the water. It was moving at a somewhat slow, steady speed, and i was in my vision for about 2 minutes before it travelled out farther and dissapeared under the water...

)i have seen him 4 times(I go to Lake okanogan every summer),anyways, next time i go,i'll bring my digi cam,and see if i can get some pics for everyone to see

Anyways,i found this site that has lots of info about Ogopogo, and about other sea monsters...

I think you are thinking of a zueglodon (sp) an extinct snake like whale. Most cryptozoologists that I've read about believe Ogopogo is most likely this. I know I'm spelling that wrong too, and it's driving me crazy.

I did a little digging and found an interesting site saying that Ogopogo could be a prehistoric whale called a Basilosaurus.
Here's a link to the site describing the creature.

I was watching something on the history channel about a year ago about something like that Basilosaurus and how they had found a skeleton, but then they did something with, it was actually awhile back when they had found it so they didn't really think much of it.

Lake Okanagan is a much nicer place to go monster hunting than Loch Ness. Its a popular resort area with a mild climate for Canada. There should be a lot more boats on it and the water isn't murky like Loch Ness.

Those pics are rly cool. Good find Canadian. It seems ogopogo is a big tourist pull, much like Nessie. The similaritys are clear. Theres even a nessie model in a pond in a Loch Ness Hotel just like that, but she looks more like a dinosaur.

Basilosaurus is an 80ft long serpentine toothed whale. In its time it was a fierce carnivore and top of the foot chain. Though the Ogopogo moves in a top to bottom motion similar to a mammal, the Basilosaurus lacks a distinctive hump. The observation of the humps on the Ogopogo seems to dictate an undulating motion thay cannot be simulated by the back of any mammal.
A surface breathing mammal would surely be more noticeable than than the number of sighting would dictate. A mammal requires a large amount of food to maintain its warm blooded life style and would be very active, lack of number in sighting alos indicates that Ogopogo is not warm blooded.

I think it's just his opinion. Many people have diffrent theories as to what the creature might be.
In my opinion, his theory is no stranger then a prehistoric animal, giant snake, giant eel, ect.
Like I said, it's an opinion. No one will know what it is for certain until we get positive evidence.

And that won't be for a long time.
No matter what, the creature can't be solitary. Haveing said that, at one point (even if just for a split second) wasn't there asolitary dinosaur?

That's how I feel about it. At one time, there had to be only one, I highly doubt they ALL were wiped out at once. Then again, it depends on what theory you believe in regards to the dinosaurs extinction.
I also feel that it'll be awhile before we get a positive identification on what the creature it is.
