This is my first post of a topic. I was wondering if I could collect a few of your thoughts on an unusual incident that I had in Ireland back in 1996. Born and raised in Ireland (Now live in Canada) I have always been fascinated with monalistic passage graves built by the ancient Celts. For those not familiar with them, one of the most famous archeological sites in Ireland is at Newgrange and Tara in the south. However there are many others throughout Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. many still undiscovered.
I have over many years had the opportunity to explore many of these sites and have been drawn to un-known sites. While hiking with some friends in along the boarder of county Down and Armaugh I was drawn to a site within a farmer’s field. For some strange reason I new were to find the entrance my friend Vince and I crawled down into the mound for about 30 feet and came into the chamber room, that part is not un-usual as most are similar in construction. What was really different on this occasion was the sense that I had been to this burial mound before. So strong was this feeling that I new in my mind that I had left something there to remind me of something. I began to search trough rocks and rubble. Vince was afraid that I was going to collapse the room and was not impressed that I made him stay and hold the flashlight for me while I dug. Finally I located what I felt I was searching for. A rock about the size of a football that had been painted crudely with about four colors. I felt relieved to have found it and dragged it out into the daylight. It was not that impressive as a rock but I had a strong sense that I had painted it a very long time ago. Vince was amazed that I new were it was but still insisted that I had been smoking the “funny stuff “.
I thought as time went on I would come to understand what significant that rock had. But to this day I do not know.

What were the colours?
ThePortal
that his a pretty neat story!!!

the colors could be of significances, or maybe if there his any pattern , that could help too.

Did you every think of bringing the stone to someone who practice phsychometry?
Irish
Although the colours were faded and dirty I could make out splotches of red and blue/green and a darker pigment on the rock it self, wich probably was limestone. I returned the rock to the site about a month later before returning to Canada. As I probably would have had a lot of explaining to do at customs carrying an old rock the size of a football onto the plane. They might think I was a Neanderthal terrorist. cool.gif

Hello.

Do you believe in reincarnation, Irish ? I think Celts did.

Maybe you - many milleniums B.C. - wanted to hide something important for the you of the future (future which is now)...

Maybe I am dreaming too much.

Bye

Not so much as the normal version of reincarnation. But I think that time itself overlaps at certain points. Strange as this must seem I believe I could have placed it there at the same time as I found it. As time is just a dimension in its self.
or maybe I,m dreaming too!

Very interesting.

I wonder if you should have marked it another way in case in another life you dig it up again.

Hello,

The mark would probably not be recognizable.

The colours of the object can already be a mark or symbolize or mean something. The problem is that, in another time - or dimension - the colours or marks lose their meaning (at least I think so).

FOR IRISH : How could you have placed it there at the same time as you found it? And What would be the use ?

Or do you mean it is you, at the same time and place, invisible to one another ? In a kind of other dimension ? The object would have jumped from a dimension to another, from your hands to your hands ?

I think you most likely put it there in a past life. Maybe as a gift for one who had passed or it was put there for you after you had passed as a gift for you. Too bad you didn't take a picture of it. I am glad you put it back. We shouldn't take things from archeological sites. That I best left to professionals that can date and preserve.

My reasoning was based on my thoughts at the time. I had the feeling that I had been there before but no memory. Knowing myself I felt that if that was the case than I probably would have left something to remind me and began my search. Its hard to describe but I felt like my own spirit was trying to tell me something.

Aïe, aïe, aïe !

Hard to understand !
