I know it's pretty old news now, but what the heck...I didn't actually go and see it in the cinema, but the Paisley bunch had a little get together last night, hired out some movies, and stayed up too late to possibly do anything constructive at our respective jobs the following day

Troy was one such movie and, as I did a quick search and didn't find any topic dedicated to it yet (unless I'm spelling it wrong

) I thought I'd start one
Didn't think it was that bad myself...obviously, it wasn't the exact mythology, but it came out pretty well

To be honest though, that might be because my expectations of it were very low...I'd read a few reviews of it that said it was terrible, with Mr Pitt carrying the whole movie, using his broad shoulders and rock hard man nipples

So, for lack of anything else to do...anyone else seen it? Thoughts on it? It's obviously not a Lord of the Rings contender, or anything like it, but I'm 99% confident my liking of it had absolutely nothing to do with Brad Pitt
