Ok today at school, it was very very freaky! Ok my friend had a dream and she was telling us about it, all of us (our friends) went to my friends b-day party. So then she was describing her house, she said it was white, and to everyones amazement, my other friend said her house is white!!! So then i told her describe more of her house, so then she said she saw a garden in her lawn... which she does have and she also said it was a big house and she does have a big house and she also said she had a big t.v. Then she said do you have stairs? And the girl replied yea! And then she said these stairs arent the ones that go straight up and down, these stairs are the ones that swirl... and it was true! Then we were all freaked out and happy at the same time. What is this called? When you can enter someones house through your dreams, and this isnt astral projection cuz we were all there and there was more to the dream but its irrevelant. Oh yea and let me tell you no one had no idea how the other girls house looked like so it isnt possible that any1 told us... If you know what this is called please tell me.

This would be what people refer to as "Remote Viewing." Assuming you're right and the person in question had no possible way to know what the house looked like, and they were'nt just having a random dream where the house just closely resembled a real one..

well unfortunately Seers thats not entirely creditable.. its possible shes seen it before or just the fact those are very common things she described... soryr just trying to keep logical... i mean if she said like you have a say a certain type of statue in the backyard or say something she has in her room then its different

How old are you guys? You're obviously young to be no niave. I could make guesses about anyone's house on this board, and I have a 50/50 chanve of getting every single one of them right.

Don't get me wrong, I am a firm believer in psychic ability, but I am sick of achool children thinking they have it just because one incedent happened, or because they imagined it.

If I were to think like you do, then I would say I am able to control fire, see into people's minds and tell them things about themselves they have never thught of before, control people's minds, make people fall in love, heal pain from people with my mind, and be able to tell everysingle time someone tells a lie.

The girl who had the dream never went to her house, nor was told of it. She wasnt saying oh im psychic, she was just describing her dream. And yea... i guess yur right Maybe it was just a coincidence... Im sorry to waste your time.

Seers you didnt waste our time :)just becoz you said somethign that could be pure coincedence doesnt stand as wasting our time. if you were to waste our time it would be to withold certain bits of important information and then say ill give it to you and do then say it was all a hoax none of it was real. this is something that did happen it just isnt necessarily paranormal.

Yes he is very skeptical about this matter and it may seem absurd, but makeing guesses of a house, and having each one correct is still a slim chance. I mean, I don't have stairs in my house.

I make assumption like these to see other people's reactions,a nd more importantly, to express what common factors I percieve about the incedent in question that could draw the event into question. Perhaps I was wrong in my assumptions, but I am not above retracting what I said if I feel it is appropriate.

Because numerical age is an important factor when determinine validity of testimony, life experience, current social status and situations, confidence, need for acceptance, capacity for wisdom, mental capacity, maturity, faith, and life experience. These are all very important factors for any "mentat" to consider when calculating evidence.

Young people are presidposed to seeking acceptance in any place they can. i was no different at that age. No different at all. And no, I don't intend to "piss" on anyones dream. But sometimes dreams are only dreams, and what is more important is focusing on the waking life. But not always.

What do I get out of it? Personally, I have nothing to gain whatsoever. What I am trying to do is offer my speculation on the people and events in question. By having your beliefs challenged, you grow stronger in them. It's helpful to you to hear what older people have to say, so you can formulate a defense for the common attacks from skeptics. I myself welcome any criticism because it allows me to further explain what I believe in, and why. Just as I have done here.

And try not to just to a condescending tone, and see things from my point of view. What would you think if you grew up through highschool to eventually leave it, and look back upon your own mind seeing the follys of your youth. Wouldn't you want to warn other youth so they wouldn't make the same mistakes you did?

You completely don't understand what I was trying to get through. That's not what I think at all. I was trying to explain the nature of youth, acception, and many other things. And If you still didn't get it after following all the posts I have made regarding this subject, then I am at a loss to explain it any further to you. though I must keep trying I suppose.

Wanting to learn, and proclaiming to know, are two completely different things. A mathematician wants to learn, but never proclaims to know.

A martial arts student wants to learn, but never says he is a master, until a master appoints that upon him.

I have no problem with kids wanting to learn. But just because you had one strange incedent, or are trying to do something, doesn't mean you can, or ever will for that matter.

Anyways, on a more serious note: Yes, I agree that if it happenes alot, it can no longer be a coincidence. But more than just the individual must observe it happening for it to be legitimate, unbiased, and part of another persons reality. I don't deny it exists. But until I can "prove" to myself that THIS person can do it, I have no logical terms in which to believe it.
