Just wonderin, because some people list info on their site but have never done it, I would rather people do it, before claiming tech, they should also be able to make mit happen most of the time before they list it.

I think a true technique can only be created by a master. A master, being one who is very experienced in other techniques in question. Much like a master of martial arts developing his own fighting style.

Hmmmm...... A master eh?.... Like Arwen! She's a psi-usin, butt kikin, MASTER! I have never made a tech, though if i did I would say visualisation is one of the most important for basically evey ability.

eep im not a master but i plan to be... in all areas.. i want to be a psi teacher as a 'on-the-side' profession.
i dont know generally i either do it then make one for it and test that to make sure it actually WORKS or choose wot is supposed to happen and then make one and test it...
