I thought some of you may be interrested to hear my own personal experiences of what I saw....now I am not saying they were UFO's but I sure couldn't explain them.....
When I was a Senior in High School I worked at the local Dairy Queen. Usually we closed around 10 but sometimes, especially in the summer and on church nights we’d stay open until 11.
On the days that we worked til 11 we were beat! This was one of those nights.
I was driving home from work right around 11:15 pm or so. About half a mile off the main road there is a huge dip in the road. It levels off and then there is another dip (you will understand why I tell you this later). As I approached the first dip I looked up and saw this massive light. I slowed down, I noticed that the trees weren’t making a sound. As a matter of fact the only sound I heard was my motor running. I wanted to get out of the car and look but I was chicken! I really thought I’d been overworked that evening so I went on home, still freaked out. I figured that it was some sort of military thing since we live right around the area where they fly a lot. It was either that or I had just worked too dag gon hard that day! I told my parents about it and they just laughed.
A few weeks later my family and I were going to dinner. It was night time but I am unsure specifically of the time. We approaching the other side of the aforementioned dip. My dad stopped the car suddenly and was like what is that. There higher in the sky was the same thing I’d seen before. Everyone else dismisses it but I am still skeptical.
Finally, in 2001 I was home from college for the summer. I had a very good friend who was in the military and was stationed in Hawaii. One night he called and I decided to go outside on our deck to talk to him. I LOVE to stargaze! I looked up and this light was coming up the hollow. It was floating just above the tree tops. It was VERY bright, no bigger than a softball. It didn’t seem to have a particular path, it just meandered! When it was parallel with my house it headed over across the creek, towards the woods, changed it’s mind and continued up the holler. When it was almost out of site of my house it dropped down into the trees. If I thought I could find it I would have went looking! It was very pretty and did not seem threatening at all.
