There seems to be a problem with the chat room server, several people are unable to connect at all, and an intermittent problem with folk being dropped from the room. I'm currently trying to find out from the server staff what the problem is, but it doesn't look as though this will be resolved today.

I'll post more shortly once I find out a bit more.
