As many of ya'll now i am building a Underwater Explorer to try to figure out the mystery of loch ness. I have bought the plan ticket just a few minutes ago and i will be leaving this Sunday. I will leave form Atlanta Ga, going to Toranto, Then on to london where i shall take a bus to Loch ness.

The reason i am going now is to see how big the loch is first hand. And to get some kind of idea about the reigon of loch ness.

Then i am going to talk to the local fisher men and see how much fish on average they bring up each year of fishing to make my own study about the food supply in the loch.

Then i will ask the locals about any known nooks and crannies which might be big enough for a sizable creature to go though.

And finally i will ask aroundto people who said they have seen nessie to try to find a "nessie hot spot" or if i can find a pattern which would indicate a migration pattern.

And i am hoping that i can get my hands on a digital camera so i can post the images of the Underwater Explorer.

And for yall who don't know about my plans pls go here

Good luck LH. Enjoy your trip and talk to the locals as they'd be your best source of info.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but isn't most of the information you are trying to ascertain already in files on the internet? I have done lots of searches of Lochness and have found a lot of information that you seem to be seeking.

By all means go....(I wish I could go with you)...and have a great time! thumbsup.gif

LOL!!! So cute! tongue.gif tongue.gif

There is Joc, but it would be interesting to do so. I mean, look at all the expeditions that where lead to fin the "New World" before North AMerica was found. With every new search, there is new hope.

Yeh, i have found tons of info about loch ness, my computer is filled up with stuff about loch ness, nessie, fail attempts to find nessie, and everything else.

But i have to see something with my own eyes, just to get that sense of how big it really is. Because i think the closest thing to loch ness we have in america is the last 20 miles of the james river in Virgina. So if this is true i will test the UE on the james river before i go to the loch, but this is ofcourse when ever i complete it.
