heres the story that was with the photo...
Yeah a while ago there was one living in the forest close to my house. Animal care center captured it, it was a pet that broke free.
That's not a Wallaby...that's Vince Colosimo!

Ok, seriously...it looks like an odd picture of a dog.
If it is a Wallaby or even a young Roo, then it probably escaped a Zoo or it's owner.

another wallaby was killed in the same area not long ago, so the newspaper story says, maybe theres a little family of them out them, perhaps the result of an abandoned exotic pet/pets...
