OK listen to some cypress hil closely followed by some slipknot. Metallica is hard rock

I mostly listen to hard metal. Devildriver, Cadle of Filth, Lamb of God, that type of thing. Occassionally listen to rock. Hardly ever rap because it's a heaping pile and hiphop is alright occassionally. Country is okay, sometimes. Punk, not too often, instrumental I love. That's all I can think of.

Rock is good

ok listen to some pantera closely followed by Metallica . Hear the pounding slap bass lines? The double bass drums ? The anquished lyrics? The crunchy guitar riffs ? The obvious metal referance in the name "Metallica" ? The mosh pits at thier concerts ?

we suppose then,that based on your previous label, you would consider Pantera hard rock. And also Anthrax , Megadeth and so on and so fourth to be hard rock as well.

Metal has changed, and so has there has been different labels slapped on everytihng since the 80's. What we may lsiten to now ma be considered grunge in the future. Who knows? There is always sometihng crazoier than the next
