Do you receive visions? Do you have more then the normal amount of unusual dreams that you remember fully?

ARE YOU ONE WHO POSSESSES AN ABILITY FOR EIDETIC IMAGERY?

If you have visions, it could be a prerequisite as to why you were chosen for such. If you have vivid dreams that you remember well after waking, the same could apply.

If you have visions and you do not know what an eidetic image is, I will explain it here in laymans terms. I'll use a couple of my own personal examples.

I can look at an object, like mini blinds for instance, with sunlight behind them for about 15 seconds. After that time, I can turn my head to the nearest wall and view the mini blinds for a considerable length of time - sometimes over a minute.

Another test is even simpler. The next time you write a lengthy letter in the dark on the computer, put your head down and close your eyes and concentrate on staring at the inside of your eyelids. You should be able to see the text.

Many people are eidetikers to some degree - but some of us are to a great degree. I see visions as you may have already read in this UFO forum.

I am more interested in finding out if any others who receive visions are capable of lengthy eidetic images.

There are typographic eidetic images and a photographic memory. Are you either of the two? PLEASE REPLY IF YOU ARE.

If you want to read more about it first, just type "eidetic images" on your search and you will get a good handful.

I usually have at least three every night. Often, they involve me going into the same "world" populated with the same "people".

Come on man, that's just the light burn effect on the back of your retina. I have that all the time with everything.

Again, an effect of light burn. I have it all the time. Nothing special.

I have always remembered my dreams, infact I can still remember some dreams I had as a kid.

Personally I think the dream state is just an extention of our conciousnessnous, as it is when we meditate and focus on another place.

That is why whenever you feel in danger or as though you are going to be killed in a dream you wake up with a jolt! As they say in the Lawnmower man...if you die in there you die for real!!
