Full Version: The Ghost Problem

Ghosts are probably the last thing humanity should be believing in or worrying about... And im sure we have all had at least one ghostly encounter in our life, either it be from a photograph or one of our 5 senses...

If most ghostly encounters are really just tricks or flaws of our minds, then how do we explain photographs of them?
Do horror movies/stories corrupt our imaginations and make our logic become clouded and disabled from fear or worry?
Why do we cross through the dark forest with simple ease in blissful carelessness yet other times we do not even dare try to because of a fear of being watched or encountering something we do not wish to?
If ghostly beings do exist are they really any threat to the physical being?

Is there really any benefits to believing in ghosts? If they do exist, what is the point of interfering with them, or ghosts interfering with us for that matter?

Personally.. I do not believe that we are "capturing ghosts" on film. I believe that they are one of a few things... 1) angel... 2) sprit... 3) other

"disabled from fear or worry?" No.. I'd say quite the opposite.

Why does my sister love oyster stew and I hate it? I depends on the individual. I'm afraid of dark forests... but I know others who aren't. We are just.. different.

No

QUOTE

No... None that I can think of... Though... I don't see ghosts as what many people believe ghosts to be.

well... that is a tricky question for me.. but.. I don'y see a point off-hand...

hope that helped!

ummmm ok that scary i suppose we all do have a ghostly encounter but some people just dismiss it cos the are narrow minded prejudice or naive they are the skeptics of these sort of things like we hu have had an encounter and think that its more than what it may seem will start to have more and become believers because they cant explain what has happened and the naive skeptics will also keep having them too but wont notice because of their blissfull ignorance

To believe in Ghosts is is a way of assurance that there is something after death.
I would hate to just blink out of existence. I still have so much to learn! rolleyes.gif
