Don Gorske is already in the Guinness Book of World Records for eating Big Macs -- but it's not about the fame anymore. Gorske, who downed his 19,000th Big Mac Tuesday, said he wouldn't know what else to eat if it weren't for Big Macs. "I'd be clueless," he said, adding that he ate a piece of pizza recently, but it "just wasn't the same."

"It wasn't my first choice," he said. Gorske, 49, of Fond du Lac, eats two Big Macs per day and drinks little else beside Coke. He also keeps track of everything he eats in a notebook. "I admit I'm obsessive compulsive," he says. "I have so many compulsions."

19,000 Big Macs at a rate of two per day equates to a little more than 26 years of eating mostly Big Macs. Isn't that a bit of a rut?

It says he drinks mostly Coke, but I can't help but wonder if he has fries with that.

Wha? If I eat the same thing two days in one week I get kinda bored. What's up with this guy? The biggest thing is he keeps track, even though it's the same thing everyday, I bet he doesn't get out a lot. And the fame? This is the first I've ever heard of him, it's funny how this fame thing works, think I'll start a thread on it.

ONE measly hamburger is like 8 points (a entire meal) thats without fries and without a drink etc. boycott mcdonalds

If he only eats Big Macs and only drinks coke why in the world does he record what he eats in a notebook? Line after line; page after page of the nothing but "Big Mac and coke". If he's this compulsive perhaps he's just fixated on the number of hamburgers served noted on the sign out front and is trying his best to get the numbers to roll over.

I can't afford a big mac, but I'm sure I ate that much in ramen soup. Of course, I don't have any proof like:

Ramen soup and diet coke.

Tommorrow

And the day after that
Ramen soup and diet coke.
