I dunno, it seems silly. Whenever someone tries to explain "how we got here" or whatever, all they do is create another question. [As in the story I read: Where the hell did the turtle come from, right??] Well to me it seems to be the same thing wherever you look.
I'm not just talking creationism. I mean even that stupid "big bang" theory where some microscopic little piece of matter jsut happened to be floating around somewhere and spontaneously blew up and -woot!!!- the universe!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can see my question already: "Where the hell did the little tiny piece of matter come from, then?" "Where teh hell did god come from, then?" You know what I mean?
So, seriously. If anyone can just sit down and watch what's going on maybe we can figure stuff out just by watching... instead of amking up theories before we know if they are true or not.
So far we've found that an atom is the smallest unit of matter. [At least I think it's the atom]. And the biggest, is the universe. The universe is still growing [right?] which makes it like a living thing. Kinda like a tree. You can see everything in nature. A growing tree drops a seed. So if the universe is like any other living thing, maybe there are more out there? It only makes sense. People inside planets, planets inside solar systems, solar systems inside galaxies, why not universes inside something greater? Why not something smaller inside an atom?
Perhaps it's too much for our petty human brains to comprehend, but what if there has always been something bigger and bigger and littler and littler. Even if our whole universe were to blow up or shrink in on itself, then there would possibly be another. But of course, I myself am making a theory now.
So, even something a gigantic as the universe can be seen as something as small as an atom, no? Which, what if one of our atoms just suddenly died? What if one of us died? Big deal, right? Life goes on? One human or cat or dog'd death doesn't cause the end of all life.
So, if you think about it, the "universe", or "all of life" will never, ever, die out. [If my ideas are correct, that is.] So if there is no end, then why would there be any beginning? It would just be one infinite circle. Know what I mean? Even if the "first planet" were to come into existence in our universe, that doesn't make it the beginning of all life, does it? Man, this is freaking hard to explain.
You can tell me when I start sounding smart.
