ashley. Lets say in 20 years from now Cryonics revived the First person, that person have been dead for 50 years. But through Nanotechnology and advanced biotechnology he/she was rivived.
Would that person then have a soul, Would that person have seen heaven? What if that person said they experienced nothing and time went by in a blink of an eye because he didnt experience TIME because he was well... dead.
Yes it is possible to revive certain animals, cells, brain to the point where decay STOPS. and some animals can be revived after they are thawed. Also we have frozen embryos for a long time , yes it was human life at the beggining, then after being frozen for however long they used it and now it was a human being.
Also what about when Humans Drowned and are dead for hours, the only reason they come back to life is because they were frozen, where decay was almost stopped.
I just would like to hear your answeres to them questions, actually any answer it. Even tho its not yet possible with technology, science says it may be possible with nanotechnology by repairing damage at celluar level

Can EVERYONE be lying and having delsuions? I don't think so. I too have had a near-death experience.
If you're asking about reincarnation memories, well, your really asking about soul memories. Some things may be retained if and if it was vital to this life. Physically, no memories wouldn't be retained in the brain because that's a physical property which perishes and dies.
As for where the soul goes in crygenetics, it would lay stagnant, I'd say, in the body, because it is neither dead nor alive. Some souls are said to 'sleep' I'm going to add. When someone claims to see 'nothing', that's probably why. Different souls go to different places, there's more to it than people seem to think.
Ok as for these 'hobbits' (from the article) I wouldn't be surprised what they found in Australia. It doesn't mean they are 'the missing link' They were either just small people, or they were apes. They had dinosaurs 40 million years after (by scientfic calculations) after they died out everywhere else. I don't think they were some new ape-man. Ok as for them saying that humans have souls and animals don't I've said before they DO. Humans aren't animals though. Science claims it taakes 'millions of years for planets to form' or which they have claimed to have seen. I'm sorry but advanced science has only been around for 100 years or so, so how is it they know what happens in 'millions of years'. They get ahead of themselves to explain the seemily unexplainable. The answers are there if they'd just bloody well look.
This was a comment from a priest on that board.

I am a priest in the Church of England and have no problem - indeed delight in - evolutionary theory. The interesting question for me is whether or not Homo floresiensis was/is self aware.

Why is EVERYONE so willing (and the church itself) to accept science over God? Is being accepted so much more important than God? Why forsake God for science which has only really developed to what it is for about 100 years. Now, I'm not picking on this particular priest, I'm using his comments as an example of what's happeneing with just about EVERY Christian church. They have to make their mind up. They believe in God, completely, or they don't. No half measures. I don't personally give a f*** what anyone thinks about me and my beliefs, I'm entitled to have them.
This wasn't just aimed at you btw.
