Check this out XZIBIT Claims that black people are too busy living their lives to see Ghosts or Aliens and that it's all down to trailer trash with 3 teeth in their heads......He may be a tad fecicious here but is there any truth to this at all ...?

I don't wanna get on race, but I think the way Xzibit meant it is black people ain't crazy like white people. Sounds like what he meant.
I dunno when Xzibit smokes.....I bet he sees more than just ghosts!

White people, especially the trailer trash, like to make things up to feel important and special. Of course it's not just white people, everyone does it. But it seems they do moreso.

I don't see anything offensive here to either type of persons.
Infact i think it's completely true. It is only people who have nothing better to do who claim to see aliens and ghosts and blurt it out for attention, wheas people with other things to worry about don't bother.

Now that I think about it, I can't really remember seeing interviews with any black people about SEEing ghosts....so is the question SEEing or EXPERIENCING...there is a black lady that gives tours at the Myrtle's Plantation that has experienced stuff, but I dont know if she's ever "seen" a ghost there....
and who are betty and barney hill? The people from The Black Hope Horror? I didnt think they saw ghosts, i thought they WERE ghosts??

Race doesn't come into encounters.
How many people see things but don't go to the tv stations?
I think there's 2 topics here, 1. Can anyone have an encounter? I believe yes.
2. Who is more likely to report it whether it is real/ or by attention seekers.

Actually Betty was white and Barny was black.
Is he serious? His "theory" doesn't even seem that unique. I heard a comedian once said something about only white people seeing aliens.
His whole theory is so flawed and unentertaining I can't even be bothered to type any more.

This reminds me of the argument between Chris Tucker's character and Jackie Chan's character about whether black people or Asian people are cooler during a shootout in Rush Hour 2.

I am a bit offended by Xzibit's remarks... but hey, the double standard in regards to the dreaded "n" word is ok in this racially accepting age, right? Wasn't the group "Bone Thugs and Harmony" into supernatural things? It's been forever since I heard thier music...

thats weird. most of the people I seen on TV saying that they saw a ghost. are middle class people living in regular houses. not mobile homes.

I don’t know about other parts of the country, but here in the Deep South, blacks have just as many ghost stories as whites, although whites probably far outnumber blacks in reports of alien abduction, etc.
Someone mentioned “trailer trash,” and while some people who live in trailers may be more likely to misinterpret an event and report it as supernatural, I have never heard of a long-term haunting in a trailer park. Ghosts, and the people who are interested in them, seem to prefer spooky old houses, not mobile homes.

If there was ever an authority on paranormal activity, it's Xzibit.
And am I the only one who is outraged at the horrible racism of his statement? How can he get away with that?!
Imgaine if Eninem said that " white people are too busy living their lives to see Ghosts or Aliens and that it's all down to ignorant black people living in slums"
I'd bet dollars to doughnuts he'd get shot over it.

Actually, according to Xzibit, they DO see ghosts...
"N**gers don't see aliens, n**gers don't never see ghosts, either. Black people are dealing with too much sh**."

I'm not happy with this thread, it leaves the doors wide open for racist comments and could easily offend some people.
