Yes. I dont think they should be tortured. Plus, not everyone arrested is guilty neither. Some of those tortured could be innocent people. However, its simple to say this now... but theres a moral dilemma when you have just enough info to know that some of your men are going to die, but you dont have enough info to stop it.
