Not knowing Jolene personally I really can't say one way or the other whether any of these things are happening to her in any real sense. The important thing to keep in mind is that regardless, they seem to be very real to her, and ridicule is not what she needs.

Well I don't quite agree with that. I don't mind sharing sightings and experiences and getting other people's opinions, but when you start multiple threads and polls about your own sanity and then accuse the people who don't agree with you of having problems, then you are attention seeking, IMO. I do think that her pdoc is doing her more harm than good and I hope she gets a new one.

Also the way I perceived her, I didn't feel like these experiences really felt real to her. It's just not the way she made herself out to be. But again these are just my opinions. She has said that maybe she does need a new pdoc and I hope she does follow through with that.

If you start various threads described as 'Just be honest and spill' and include detailed polls with options to chose from such as 'I say put that lady in a padded room!' along with invitations to email her ex husband to see if 'Jolene is telling the truth' is asking for trouble at some point.

Phew I think that is the longest sentance I have ever typed On top of that you have Jolene cruising along fine untill the first few people start to offer a different opinion which does not agree or fit in with hers, despite the fact she comes across as aloof at times as to what it really could be.

Any ridiculing or rudeness came from Jolene first ( my opinion) to those that disagreed offered other explanations. For example, I would call making unfair personal/character jugdements and repling to people in the '3rd person' as delibartly antagonising, taking the p*** and rude. I really don't see this sort of behaviour as normal on forums and there is no way you can compare the way this is seen as a attention seeking to any other thread where someone has shared an experience.

Apolgies from a few of us had all ready been said for when things did further evolve and get heated. It was all old news untill a certain someone started with name calling. I really think people just need to chill and remember that each person has there own opinion and reasons for it!

I pulled up this thread when I returned because I wanted to make things right for being absent for so long. I had just left abruptly. I posted some new stuff. Then I left it alone. Today I check back and find it pulled up again and some post about how I brought it back for sympothy votes.
I also found out that if someone sincerely asks if they are crazy, chances are in favor that they aren't crazy. Quoting my psychologist teacher.
