The two hundred angels choose animals on which to perform unnatural acts, including, presumably, humans.

This is to further back up the post I made before (with more evidence in this matter, which I'm not at this point going through again here) that the 'giants' who were the hybrid offspring of the angels and humans were dinosaurs.
Notice the word....monters.
