And this one...a camper was sleeping in the woods by himself,heard weird sounds the night before,and woke up and saw these 2 creatures standing there watching him.He snapped a quick pic and the creatures took off into the bush right after that...

Pic 1: looks like a guy in a gorilla outfit.

Pic 2: hard to tell...looks real to me.

Pic 3: looks photoshopped.

Pic 4: again, looks real.

and Pic 5: is 100% fake. This is a life-size prop outside one of those American Bigfoot merchandise stores.

Pic #3, of the boy with the shotgun, is from the movie "Legend of Boggy Creek"... I got the movie for my bf for xmas... Just watched it last night... So, it's not photoshopped, just crappy 70's quality movie film with a man in a suit... the movie is supposedly a true story/documentary...

Alrighty then I guess the only pics that could be of a real sasquatch are pics 1,2,and 4.

i think that all of them are guys in suits, including 2 and 4. #5 looks like paint, or colored pencils.

The most convincing footage of bigfoot to date was the Roger Pattersons footage. And now thats a fake. Well whup-de-do!

Pictures 2 and 4 are not of a living creature; they’ve been discussed a while back. The "Sasquatch" in those images is a prop at a Sasquatch attraction resort (or something along those lines). I will try to find a link to their website so you can have a look yourself.

No 1 looks the most realistic, the rest look extremely fake.
No 1 though looks like it is a drawing or something imposed onto the background.

there is no way this picture is real. If he snapped a quick picture, it would not have been so focused and clear. even auto focus cameras get blurry if these are moving too fast. and besides, if anyone woke up with 2 creatures standing over them, the first instinct is to run, not to look for your camera and take a picture of them as they leer over you. This is another picture that's just too good to be true

First picture: Looks like a suit man or a statue, because check out the feet, and the shoulder and arms, just don't look right...

2nd and 4th: Clearly these pictures are from the same camera.. Again tehy look like a guy in a suit.. I think they should stiop making ape suits so that people can't trick bigfoot believers anymore..

and the 5th: It does really look like a painting or very nicely coloured sketch, but who ever said it was a photo, meh.

You know, that brings up an interesting question: How will a photo ever prove or disprove Bigfoot? I mean, it's a bipedal hominid, not a lake monster, so is easy-ish to make-up a person to look like one. If a pic is clear and/or close-up, people will cry "Fake!" "Staged!", and if it's too far off or out of focus, it won't be defninitve enough to mean anything. Vicious circle, I say!

After a little searching, it appears that pictures 2 and 4 are from a website for a place called Bigfoot Hideaway Bed & Breakfast. There are a few more pictures at the site. I think they were taken as a promotional gimmick.

In picture #1, the photo is cropped from it's original size, here's the actual photo.


You can see the box the sasquatch statue is attached to.

The last picture can be found at a site that feature pictures from various movies that feature Cryptos in them. Such as Harry and the Henderson's,The Valley Of Gwangi, Snow Creature, ect.

What are you implying by "at first look"? Are you saying that there is another way to look at the image or the video footage which makes it look real?

I'd read that topic before and was surprised that somone who always appears to know what they're talking about was taken in by such an obviouse hoax.

Secondly, all but one of those pictures are either from a movie, are a prop, or are known fakes.

Thirdly, this forum is not about debateing pics, its about discussing Cryptozoology. I get very tired of many-a-posts with many-a-bad-pics, however we have to take the bad with the good; Canadian has dished up some very good pics before and I'm sure will continue to do so.

First of all,i'm not overly proud Second,that thread was from discovery,the sasquatch does look fake,but then why would it be on discovery if it is supposedly a fake? Don't use that line just so you can sound innocent; nobody is picking on you, this isn't grade school. We just pointed out your faults so you can fix them. Through out this forum I have seen you get on an aggressive defensive after people try to point out such thing to you again and again. Further more, you could have put the three above messages into one post yet you didn't which brings me back to the part about you being overly obsessed about having more posts. My main point is that you filter out the ridicules articles before making a topic and/or post.

On a side note:
The sasquatch from the Discovery IS FAKE and no one in their right mind would say otherwise.

I've just read a thread over a pic in another forum, which went 7pgs in about 3days. That's pretty normal when you are debating a picture. I'd love to bring this pic over, but it's been copyrighted.

I think they're all fake. I mean, look at them. If any one of those are real then I will personally chug a whole bottle of Listerine, then after I get my stomach pumped, I will shave myself bald with a floppy disk. Picture number one is sketched or painted, definitely not a true photo. If it is, tell that guy to get a new camera, because that one sucks. Numbers 2 and 4 look genuine, however I feel it is a prop or some desperate athiest in a monkey suit trying to prove the irrational theory of evolution. And as for number 5, I refuse to begin to sink to that level by even thinking about discussing such a piece of bullsh*t. It looks like a cheesy horror movie that lasts 45 minutes and cost a handful of pocket change to make. JUST LOOK AT THE FACES. THOSE ARE NOT FACES OF ANY KIND OF APE. The story is simply horrible at explaining such an occurance. If any normal human being woke up and saw two sinister monkies standing over them they would experience a "fight or flight" moment. God gave us adrenaline so we wouldn't stare and drool at a rabid pitbull charging at us. So this particular person would either a) run and scream like a little girl, or pull out a knife and give those things extra airways to their lungs. Only a diseased, sick man would pull out a camera and snap some photos. The pics and the story do not check out.

I just have to say this: those photos are about as real as my grandmother's teeth--you know, the one she keeps in a cup of "denta-clean" over-night; by the way, what you thought was a toupee on your principal's head in high school...that was real too--fooled ya', didn't it?; real as the words "I love you" coming from a guy feeling a girl up; and about as believable as the U.S. government saying, "There is no conspiracy". That real. Sorry to be such a drag. Guess I'm just a "Hater". J/K

If the people who are still offering explanations actually bothered to read the thread, each and every one of the photos has been explained. Allow me, for the sake of those too lazy to do so, to recap...

1 - Prop outside a holiday resort or inn or some such thing. The pic was posted in its unclipped glory, with the wooden base included.

2 & 4 - Movie stills

3 - Doctored pic from a dramatisation in a documentary.

5 - Still from a different movie. I've actually seen this one, and can confirm it.

I still maintain bigfoot would more closely resemble a chimp or a gorrilla than a human...perhaps being bipedal at most. Either way though, a pic doesn't prove or disprove bifgoot's out there....stories about bigfoot have been persisting for years. Hell, the western world knew about gorillas far longer than we've known about bigfoot before they were eventually sighted...and low and behold, until they were, people dismissed them as myth.
