What's your opionon on this. Is it trully possible to combine rap and rock. You do have to admit one thing, Numb/ Encore is just awsome. One of the best songs i've ever heard. What do you guys think.
Dancing_Dumplings

I think i have that. I got a remix of Für Elise, but i don't know if that is from Mozart hmm.gif , i don't know a thing of classic music.
TooFarGone
Fur Elise is Beethoven.

I thought that JAy Z performed way to much. He hogged the show completily. But it wasnt to bad. I thought it was interesting.
Hotoke
I am currently waiting for a mix between Dimmu borgir and eminem

Aerosmith and RUN DMC? You know Walk This Way...

I'm not impressed with the LP/JAY Z collaborations... I don't think JAYZ has the right voice at all, it just sounds like some little kid sing kareoko. I'm also not a fan of rap anyway so maybe that's why but maybe if it had someone like DMX who has a rougher voice it might have blended better.

I just dont like rap... and I dont particularly like Linkin Park, so I didnt really think much of the rap/rock combo... I do think that Rage Against The Machine is probably the only band that can mix rap and rock and sound good when doing it
Dancing_Dumplings
ohh thanks for the title grin2.gif my moms a classical music buff, you'd think i'd know this stuff hmm.gif

It wasn`t bad, but I doubt that the combination will take off with everyone trying to do it!

I might have liked their collaboration if they had actually taken the time to create new songs instead of just mixing their old songs together. They just don't go together no.gif Anyway, I got Collision Course for my friend and I was kind of ticked off that they only had 6 damn songs on that thing. It was a big dissapointment.

I love Numb/ Encore.

Although i'm a rap fan, i don't mind some rap. Just can't stand the Headbanging heavy metal

I got the DVD/CD for Christmas and I thought it was really cool. I loved the chemistry that Jay and LP had in the studio. blush.gif
