Ok, all of the "Global Warming isn't real!!!" people... Are you guys atmospheric scientists? I doubt it. It isn't communists, or hippies.. or enviromentalists that are saying this... they do run with the ball yes.. but it's the scientists who have been doing accuall studies.

The average temperature in Alaska is alot warmer now then it was a decade or so ago.. even the Inuets who has lived there all thier lives have noticed. They can hardly go out far on the ice sheet to hunt seals because it's not thick enough to support them anymore. Hell people in Florida can tell you it's been getting colder there every winter.

Gangsters and evil people will prevail.
Various wines will be consumed excessively.
Abu Nadhrah says: "We were sitting in the company of Jabir bin Abdullah (R.A.) when he said: 'Soon the people of IRAQ will neither receive any food (grain) nor any money.'" We asked, "Why would such a thing happen?" He replied, "Because of the non-Arabs." (i.e they will prevent food from going into Iraq, in the form of "sanctions" to this day.) He then said: "Soon the people of Shaam (SYRIA) will neither receive any money nor grain." We asked as to why this would happen. He replied: "Because of the Romans (christians)."

Oh and shall I add that it was again predicted there would be scoffers, such as many of you, even in the end. You are just fulfilling prophecy without even knowing it.

Anyone can make a prophecy, then draw parallels with stuff going on around them.. then say that it happened. It's not that hard.

That's another thing that happens with huge natural causes. Once again... nothing prophecized... just a pure natural occurance.

Ive not proven anything. You have simply said that they turned everything upside down. You have not proven so. Maybe christianity turned it upside down and Islam set it striaght? My point was to show you that other holy books contain prophecies so vague that they can be interpreted to have happened, and these prophecies do not in any way show that the book is the true word of god simply because of its prophecies.
And if I have proven to you that the end is near... I'm using the Koran to do it, so that means the Korans end-time scenario would be near, wouldnt it, not yours...

Yep, but their ideas are fundamentally different, proving that the two books are not the same religion. Oh, but they both claim to be written by god. Infact, the Koran is said to have been sent to Earth by god iirc, and not inspired by god. Its prophecies can also be interpreted to be comming true, so does that mean that the Koran is actually right and we can use it to guess what else is going to happen? If so, then I guess the islamic version of the end-times is about to come true... But wait, the christian one, according to its prophecies, is about to come true too! But its a bit different than the islamic one! So does that mean both religions (with contradictory ideas) are right? Ashley, if you really knew the bible, then you should know the part that says no one will know when the end comes. Stop trying to predict the end because like everyone else, you'll be wrong. All the same crap that's happening now was happening a hundred years ago and so on. There have been these natural weather and earth phenomenon going on for thousands of years and one earthquake and I've seen larger, happens. That's what happens when earth is moving about and plates are crashing. It's natural. Give it a rest.

Yeah, the end will come "like a thief in the night...no man knows the hour." I'm not even a believer of this faith and I know these scriptures. The predictions are just given as a general "heads up" but are so vague there can be no pinpointing. That seems to be a common trait of prognosticators.

The right side of the aisle are to wrapped up in conspericy theories, and noses up the heads of the NRA, not to mention the GOP and Bush's arsh to even care about what happens with the enviroment around them.
Honestly, You don't notice the changes in things liek the weather and animal behaviours because you spend "to much time on the right"
Global warming does exist but it's a natural process. human pollution contributes almost nothing to the effect. and the kyoto accords don't just reduce harmful pollution but reduce energy consumption as well.
I'm not going to say whether or not I do or don't believe in global warming, but let me spout out a few facts here. Cows produce more pollution than humans when they fart. One volcanic eruption spews more pollution and green house gases than all the pollution in mankind's history. This stuff has been around for a long time so I'm not really worried about global warming and the earth turning into a new Venus.
i read that naturally the earth would heal itself....and there is global warming, seasons change etc.....but us putting extra polution in will make it worse

Hmmm... and howcome there's so many cows.... gee I wonder...
And yes, it's a natural process, but to claim humans have no real effect is just insane. Go look at LA... that's not a huge smog cloud from a volcano. And yes, volcanoes put up more then humans... but they don't toss up CO2 every day for decades and centuries.... It's a balance thing... but we've upsetted the balance.
Asma levels are higher then they've ever been in the US and Canada...
I have wittenessed ponds, streams and lakes in the Adirondacks that are now dead zone because of all the acid rain that comes from the midwest paper mills among other factories that belch out toxic smoke. Or the Hutson which has been polluted passed Albeny because of the chemicals that was dumped into it....
We've been polluting our own food supply....
