Seriously though this is a true story.
When I was 16 (23 now) I went to school as I usually did.
Around 10am I suddenly felt faint and passed out, smashing my skull on the marble floor pretty hard.
My mummy was called and she took me to doctor and I was given the usual tests. They gave me a CAT scan (head X-Ray) and poked my joints a few times to see reactions. Y'know, seeing if I had brain damage because of the fall.
Anyway, we got the X-Ray back and the doctor pointed out an irregularity.
The X-Ray itself was of my skull (normal looking) except for a dark oval sitting between my eyebrows...the doctor couldn't explain it and dismissed it.
Over the next few weeks I had continuous nose bleeds, headaches, and was violently ill (vomiting, etc) until finally I passed out again (again hitting my head).
I was out on the kitchen floor for about five minutes (no one was home). When I awoke my cats and galah (bird) were going absolutely NUTS. They only go nuts when someone they don't know is in the house.
Odd I thought. So I did the casual check of the house. No one there.
Feeling woozy and sick, I called Mum and asked her to take me to the doctor again (I was bleeding out the back of my head because of the fall).
The same doctor performed another CAT scan. This time there was no irregularities and he gave me a clean bill of health.
After that I was perfectly fine. No sickness, no fainting, no headaches, nothing.
Weird eh.
