I hear a melodious tune being performed for my ears only.

The lights they show the way.

It's time to move on from this day.

I have left all that is left of me on the dew of the grass by the water's edge.

My time is done, yet once again.

I like that only it reminds me of someone dying. I dunno, but it was beautiful.

Don't ask me why because I really don't know what possesed me in thinking this, but when I reflect upon the poem the image of a knight comes to mind. He is alone in a darkened chapel, and he is kneeling on the floor, his hands held aloft clasping his sword whilst praying. Later that day he will fight a battle, and in his thoughts he is giving his essence to the Lord God, knowing that it is time yet again to face death in the eye, smile at it, and hopefully live to see another day.

It's about Dying . " I shall not step lightly into that last cold night .."

Interesting takes on it.
I actually wrote it a while back ago.
Believe it or not, but it does not have to do with a mortal death.

All that I can think of is a wedding, but other than that I have no idea yet.

Ok ok ok.

Its about best friends who have known each other for 10 years.
One of them ALWAYS bailing out the other one and never getting any help in return.
One of them always being there for the other one, and never having them be there for them.
Its a guy and a girl and its the girl who basically has to reach into herself and basically let go of the friendship which is a very hard thing to do.

Sad huh....
