In early December, i came across this website and have been drawn to it each day.
Well for a week straight through early December, late at night when i was going upstairs to my room, I would see a dark figure at the foot of the stairs, and when i would run to my room, the thing would be by my door. All i can say is it was dark shadowy figure, with a cloak on (like a cape) and it's head had 2 wide horns sticking out from the sides of it's head. Another day it was the samething, but when i went to close my eyes to go to sleep, i saw it in my head. i wasn't sleeping just had my eyes closed. and it had this piercing yellow eyes and fangs. I remember saying in my mind, what are you. and it seemed like it was coming in to bite me, and i remember my head twitching. I asked this one girl who is religious and she said it might be a demon, and to just say in the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave at once. I havn't seen this demon anymore, but I would like to here everyone's thoughts on this.

I don't drink, my house is haunted by 4 ghosts, but i know it wasn't the ghosts.

ghosts? you've met them? Maybe the ghost was playing a trick on you. Or it was a shadow.

I'll give you the background on my house. It was built a long time ago, back in the 40's i think 1940's. It was mafia owned, and a bootleg house. This is a fact cuz when we moved in it 7 years ago, my grandpa said he bought liquer from here from people. Well one night in the 60's there was a babysitter babysitting some kids, and she hung herself in the basement. I saw her hanging once and my cat saw it too, and she hissed and growled. I ran up the stairs really fast. One night in the 70's a man escaped from Luthern Mental Hospital and came here out of all the places (???) and he came through the back door, which leads into the kitchen, he got a butchers knife, and killed a a girl babysitting 2 little boys. he killed the girl in the dining room, and the two boys in the upstairs hallway, and in my room, then the man killed himself on the stairs. I've a video recordings of orbs in my house, and a woman's voice in the basement moaning or pouting. The escaped mental patient guy is always around, my hair sticks up, i usually feel him starring at me when i go to my room. I've heard a little boy laughing in my room, which creeped me out to hear it, really eerie.

I've seen shadow figures before, but none with horns and fangs and yellow eyes.
Good thing that it doesn't come around anymore. The ones that followed me around hung around for several years and travelled states to haunt me.

yeah good thing it isn't around anymore, sorry to hear that you were followed for years. But i gave myself to christ to it left all the sudden.

If you would "run to your room" can this suggest that you are quite young and not an adult in the house?

That was when we first moved to the house i was 10 or 11, i'm now 18

Talk to it. Ask it what it's name is and what it wants. Then send it on its way.

or just ask it to stop following you and go haunt something else

You should also think about the chance of mental issues. What is more plausible, mental illness or demons? Think logically.

i dont think he is lieing about the shadow things. i have 2 of them in my house, one which is around 6 foot and a smaller one which is 4 to 5 feet, the smaller one has red eyes and a smallish head but the 6 foot one has a massive head.

the large one is ok its just that damn smaller one he is a right pain in the ass, serious pain the ass. i know when he is about because of the bangs on the furniture as well as the scuttering on the floor as well as the landing. there is a continous feeling of being watched like somthing is going to get you when you go about the house.

the smaller one is there after night fall or when it starts to get dark and stays till a few hours before sun rise.

as with him they try to get in my dreams but mosty in my body it is not really nice when this happens but recently the smaller one has not done it but is always about doing annoying things like the feeling of somting standing behind me when on the computer.

i have seen a few ghosts but these are nothing compared to them they are more demonic in a way.

i duno what is is but it is so strange and terrifying

There is Noooooooooo way I am lying, other people here have seen the same type of things that i have, same exact experiences of these things getting into my dreams, watching me nonstop after nightfall.

I seriously think its a demon, but the religous lady is right. Say 'In the name of Jesus Christ, I command you to leave' and they will leave. Boost your confidence if you have a cross handy.

This is called 'Exorcism' by the way .

Maybe you were hallucinating....either that, or it was a demon, and it left when you exorcised it.

I'm not sure if I live by one or not, i guess it can be possible.

can you tell me what city you live in?

I'd love to see where this one is going... what would a fault line have to do with it??

apparitions usually only happen in strong electromagnetic fields and fault lines create them. the only other things i know of that can make electromagnetic fields strong enough for longer than a few seconds are having alot of electrical equipment and buildings made of granite.

there aren't any major fault lines in iowa

yeah ok, just because you don't believe in something, and you didn't see what i saw, got f*** yourself, i know what i saw.

like i said, anyone can write a story. few can prove it.

I`m just adding this post: there are some nice people on this site and christians talk freely, not sure if I read properly but I would never call anyone a liar, what if you were incorrect and the person really needed help or was in danger? then how would you feel? I personally suggest never talk to demons---don`t give them any opportunity I think we should ask god to do it.....there are many things you especially as a young person could be doing to encourage them---get help from a minister/church if you need it ----phone a church----anything ! just trying to help

Thank you Ginine.I havn't seen it for a month now, so it's gone, but i do see the ghosts in my house, and these shadow entities. But i havn't seen this dark demon figure for awhile now, but if i do, i'll tell it to get lost.

just ignore it. telling them to go away can sometimes make them mad.

To the thread starter: what website are you talking about and what does this have to with a websiite? I'm just a bit confused after reading this.

[FONT=Times][SIZE=7][COLOR=green]Sounds like your friend was probably right about the nature of this thing. With the history of the house, it would not be a surprise if demons were around. The "ghosts" are no doubt part of the same problem, even though they might no threaten you. If you were able to order it out, that's good, but to keep it out, you have to have authority. I am certain your friend can explain what I mean, if you don't know.

Personally, if I were you, I'd order the "ghosts" out as well, by way of commanding out any and all evil presences.

Austin#1........you said that you have accepted Christ. If that is so, your body is now a "temple" of the Holy Spirit". The Bible tells us that darkness can not abide with light. Jesus is the "light of the world", and when He lives in your heart, darkness (as in evil) can't live there. If this was a demon it can not take possession of you now that Christ is in your heart. In fact this may be the reason it seems to have left. It wouldn't see much use in hanging around you now.

Athiests and agnostics can keep their comments to themselves, please. I've heard it all before anyway.

But if you cast them out of your house they will be homeless, probably will have to live under a bridge. Surely unemployed as well. It must be hard for black, horned, scary things to get a job these days. The social security is decreasing everywhere. Probably they could work for Hollywood as actors in horror films, they won't even need make-up or costumes.

ever consider that they may be aliens of some sort. just a hunch. I've read about species matching that description.

UR STUPID i agree with AUSTIN#1 all the way i belive that there is a demon in the house, just look how many murders were in that house, man some people on this threads are just idiots!!

Just because demons make no sense to you dosen't mean it dosen't exist.

If we follow your logic, ghosts, spirits, shadowmen, poltergeist etc. could all be the product of our mind witch isn't the case.

There are many reports about those kind of entities and although some or most of them are fake it dosen't mean they are all BS.

I must say to all of you who are christian I am glad you have found a way through your faith to banish demons from your bodies and minds. Personally I am a druid and our connection with the earth spirits and other natural existences have protected us as well. But this demon you saw did not sound like a mere lesser demon it would be wise to have stronger powers of exorcism to banish such a creature because I do not think it will be gone for long, It will return and it will likely bring it's brethren.

I choose to believe your story, because I don't want to doubt things I have not experienced or seen first-hand.

It seems to me though the story behind your house seems a little too cliche. OK it's a mafia house. That immediately sparks the ideas of murders and crime. Then the babysitters both dying seems a little too ghost storyish. Not to mention the escaped mental patient. It seems to me with all this paranormal activity that goes on in your home, it would be no problem snapping a few pictures or recording some EVPs. Not just of the "demon," but of the several other ghosts.

As for Jesus saving you from the demons. Sounds a little bit like religious propaganda.

I don't doubt your experience, because I know how irritating it is when someone refuses to believe what you know is true. I do see a possibility of coincidence and/or a creative mind.

I've seen a shadow person similar to Austin's in his (or her) original post... but this one didn't have horns... it DID however, have YELLOW eyes... which I have always thought was really strange, since everyone I've ever talked to about this more commonly say they have RED eyes. I'm not sure what it was that I saw, but if other people have seen the same thing I'm inclined to believe we are either all having the same hallucination or else we really are seeing something.
