one day i was at school and i got so bored i lifted my pencil off my desk and it nearly scared me half to death and now i wanna know how to do this again.

I doubt if you really did do that, but debating whether you did or not isn't the point of this thread.

First off, NO, you did not lift you pencil off your desk with an invisable force. And no, it did not scare tou have to death.
I really don't want to get into a 3000 word essay on the common tactics you have just used in your deception, and how it is possible for me and others to see through them. I will if I have to though.
But I am not denying it may be possible for a person to do so.
Am I the only one who finds it rediculously easy to see through the words of those still in school?
They have not learned advanced deception techniques, nor have they encountered people who have. A simple lawyer would be able to prove factually that this child did not preform the feat he has claimed. I am not a practicing lawyer, however, I am well aware of deception techniques, and seeing through a persons words.
Sorry psychic boy, give it another though after you educate yourself a little more. I have heard way more convicing "claims" then the one you have made here.
Anyways, if you wish to persue the psychic realm, I suggest getting some books from your library on the subject. they are a much better source than the internet could ever be. Also, don't feel you have to lie to us on this forum. I know you didn't mean any harm by it, so don't feel bad or whatever. Just don't make a habit of it like so many other people here do.
