I am trying to get into web design but need to have an easy to follow(walkthru) explination of how to set one up.
The land lord of my local pub wants me to set one up for the pub.
I really need help bad as he will not pay for someone to do it or for the site itself(which makes my job hard.
I don't really want to pay for a course as I don't really have the money to pay out on one.
I hope you understand what Im trying to say and that someone can point me in the right direction.

I build websites for a living, I can walk you through the process and give you all of the questions to ask...
Do you have a copy of Frontpage or any other web building software?

wait, he wants you to set up one but he won't pay up for the resources for you...the class or software???
You should have him do it himself!

Here you go Alice, this link is for the free "lite" version of Frontpage, "Frontpage Express". This is what I used when I started out, and it's an excellent way to learn the essentials.
