Almost certainly a Canid of some sort.

i'm sure it was proven to be a type of deer

The creature has not been proven to be anything yet. One person suggested it was a deer.
"But hunting guide E.T. Hughey says he's sure it's a Muntjac (MOONT-jac) deer -- a small antelope-type animal."

its legs look very deerlike/antelopelike whatever...

I still think that all these are dogs with amnge. I mean, the ear snapped off like a cookie when she lifted it up, that's a symptom of mange.

Anyway from what I have seen 'chupacabra' seems to be the name tagged to a million different so called animals, this to me looks like some unkown type of dog... interesting though

Course it's not photoshopped, lol. It's just a creature (canine or deer-like) with a particularly nasty disease.
