A friend and I were riding through the country one day when we spotted a strange animal on the side ot the road. It was standing on its hind legs. Shane backed up so we could get a better look. The animal stood there staring at us.
We got out of the car and followed the animal as it went up the hill behind it. It kept stopping and looking back at us as though it wanted us to keep following it.(at the time we had know idea what this animal was) As the animal went up the hill it dissapeared into some bushes. We walked around the bushes.

To our surprise we were in an old cemetary from the late 1800's.The first stone we saw appeared to be a childs stone. The only thing written on it was the letters N.O.W. Needless to say the whole experience was quite eerie!.

On returning home we looked up the animal and found out it was a fox squirrel.

The next day I went to visit my sister.I was shocked when she recounted an almost identical story that had happened to her the day before at approximately the same time.

Her and her husband had been coming home from Atlanta the day before when they decided to take a detour and visit an old plantation house. As they were nearing the house they also saw a foxsquirrel standing on its hind legs, on the side of the road. They also backed up to get a better look. Right after that they visited the old family cemetary that belonged to the plantation.

To this day I have no explantion for why this amazing sychronocity happened. Any Ideas?http://home.earthlink.net/~cjscibelli/

Alternatively, perhaps the squirrel had a nice burrow or storehouse in the graveyard.
