I don't have photosjop though is there antything else I can use?

you can use whatever you want. paintshop if you like.


making GOOD ones needs a program like photoshop tho.

mine was an image edited in paintshop, and then animated by Universal Absurdity.

I live for photoshop. But I make the actual moving .gifs in GIF Movie Gear. You can PM me if you want something in particular, maybe I can help.
