I got a game at the mall today called Atari Anthology. It's for XBox (maybe other systems, not sure), and it has 85 games from the Atari 2600 and several acade systems from around the same time. It's pretty cool if you wish you had kept your Atari (or if your parents sold it disgust.gif ). If you have $20 bucks, which is cheap if you think about it, I'd recommend getting it.

P.S. They controls are kinda confusing at first, but you get used to them.

I love it when they bring out the oldie games on new consoles. I just wish Nintendo would do somekind of NES classics for the Gamecube.

that Atari thing is for all the consoles i think. its cool that it has so many games tho. theres this thing that they sell at the mall around here that has over 40000 old games on it like all the mario games and contra...well pretty much everything. even games that were never released in america. it comes with 2 controlers, one shaped like a Genesis controler and one like an N64 controler, and it comes with a guncon type pistol. it sells for just 75 bucks around here.

It is definately for all consoles, i read a review on it just last week!

Nes classics on the gamecube would seriously rock!

I love those old games. My buddy gave me a refurbished 2600 for Christmas and I love playing it. Takes me back about 18 years! grin2.gif

XBOX live will eventually have the ability to download your favourite of those old games from online to play....... Whenever they get around to doing that.....

I think I saw that at the mall here, too. I think you over-exaggerated a bit with the game number, but still, it's awesome, I stood there playing duck hunt for like an hour, then the lady told me to leave. I love old games... ::sigh::

actualy i didnt exagerate. it really does have over 40000 games. i went backwards on the list to see how many games there were and there was a little over 40000 games.

Wow... that's amazing... I need that...

i know its so cool. i wish i had enough money for it right now. although i could be mistaken about the number of games, i am pretty sure i am right.
